A) ⦁ Mowing front, sides, and back yard ⦁ Edging with a string trimmer along the sidewalks & drive ways ⦁ String trimming around house, fences, landscape beds, trees, and areas not within reach of a mower ⦁ Blow clippings and debris off all hard surfaces; drive ways, walk ways, sidewalks, patios, decks.

B) We will continue to service your lawn either weekly or bi-weekly (depending on your preference). We will provide regular lawn service until we receive a customer request cancellation. *

C) Paying for Services - Reccurring service will require a credit card on file and will be charged day or two after each service. *

D) Client - is not required to be present at home during the service, but the service area must be accessible and free of obstructions prior to scheduled visit. For liability reasons our crew will not move big items such as but not limited to: trampolines, large toys, and other objects in order to mow. We will mow around these objects and obstacles. *

E) Postpone service- Please notify at least 48hrs in advance to reschedule. *

F) Bad weather days- hard rain, lightning, thunder, etc. We will reschedule the service for the following day. If not, the following Saturday or Sunday. *

G) We are NOT responsible for Ac units, trees, fences, around the house cables that are not protected. Our crew takes extreme precautions but string trimmers still can cause damage; therefore, please protect your property. *

H) Any or all of the services agreed may be terminated at any time by either party for any reason (any monies owed at the time of termination will be due within 10 days). *

I) Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Any issues regarding the quality of work will be addressed and corrected free of charge to the customer. *
